Refund Policy for AstroChat 1. Testing Period and Purchase The AstroChat application provides a wide range of free features for evaluation and testing. We operate under the assumption that the user purchases a license only if they are entirely satisfied with the software's performance and quality. All sales are final. The AstroChat license is a digital product that is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Refunds after license activation are granted only in exceptional cases, as described below. 2. Refund Conditions Prior to Activation. If a full license has not yet been activated in our database (e.g., due to a payment processing delay), you may submit a refund request within 14 days of the purchase date.   Critical Technical Failure. A refund may be issued if a verified technical failure on our side renders the core calculation features (charts, calendars, and astrological maps) completely inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours. 3. Special Conditions for AI Usage Text interpretations generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) are an experimental, complimentary feature activated for the duration of the license. Dissatisfaction with the style, tone, or content of the AI responses, as well as potential technical disruptions on the AI provider's side, do not constitute valid grounds for a refund. 4. Refund Procedure To request a refund, please contact Support. All payments are processed by our certified partner, who will execute the technical refund transaction upon our confirmation.
